TELEPHONE AND EMAIL ADVICE DURING COVID-19

Advice is being provided by telephone and online whilst we are all keeping a social distance. We may be able to offer you a video appointment please ask.

Telephone advisers are available between 10am to 4pm answerphone 24/7. When we are busy our Citizens Advice colleagues in Somerset may be able to answer your call, please leave a message we will try to call you back the same day if possible.

When you call you will be asked to choose one of three options:

  1. To talk to an adviser about a new issue - for West Somerset select option 5
  2. To find out if you can claim Universal Credit
  3. To speak to your adviser in West Somerset if you have a caseworker helping you
